Industrial numpad enclosure
A 35-key industrial numpad housing designed through to an injection-mold tooling path. Key spacing, snap features, and the assembly sequence were all worked out in CAD before the tooling investment.
Enclosures designed around the PCB and the battery, not bolted on afterward. We take a product from mechanical concept through DFM for injection molding, so the housing is manufacturable, sealed, and ready for tooling.
An enclosure works when it is designed around the real board. We start from the actual PCB, placing connector cutouts where the connectors sit, standoffs where the mounting holes land, thermal paths where the heat comes off, and seals where the housing has to keep water and dust out. The result is a housing that fits the electronics, not one the electronics have to fight.
From there we carry the design through to DFM and tooling. We check draft, wall thickness, ribs, and parting lines so the part is moldable, and we print physical parts first to validate fit and assembly before anyone cuts steel. That way the tooling quote goes out against a design we have already held in our hands.

A rugged outdoor housing for a field IoT product (Fyrebox), sealed against dust and weather. We designed the enclosure to survive real conditions while staying serviceable and moldable.
A consumer audio product enclosure (Noor Story Box) balancing acoustics, child-safe features, and a clean, moldable form. The housing had to sound right, feel right, and still be cheap to produce at volume.

Yes. We design enclosures to be moldable from the start: draft angles, uniform wall thickness, rib and boss design, and parting lines. We deliver a DFM review and a tooling-quote-ready package so you can go straight to a molder.
Yes. Send us the board outline and a STEP model or Gerbers, and we design the enclosure around the real connector positions, mounting holes, and component heights. If you do not have a 3D board model, we can build one.
We deliver STEP for neutral interchange plus native source where useful, along with 2D drawings for critical dimensions. Our CAD is SolidWorks-compatible, so your molder or manufacturer can pick it up without conversion headaches.
