Batch Production & Long-Term Runs

The gap between a working prototype and a product you can sell is where most hardware dies. We close it: DFM, test jigs, certification, and the fab and assembly coordination that turns a proven design into repeatable, shippable units.

Production readiness is more than a design that works on the bench. It means a layout the factory can build without guesswork, DFM and DFA sorted, test coverage that catches bad units before they ship, certification in hand, and a sourcing plan that survives a part going out of stock.

We stay on the line from the first pilot run through to long-term production, tuning yield and cost as volume grows. This is not theory. We have shipped CE and ETL certified boards, so the path from proven prototype to boxed product is one we have walked before.

What we deliver

Everything between prototype and shipped units.

  • DFM and DFA review to make the design buildable
  • Fab and assembly coordination with the factory
  • Test jigs and firmware-flash stations for the line
  • CE and ETL certification support (we have shipped certified boards)
  • Pilot runs through to long-term production
  • BOM cost optimization and second-sourcing

CE and ETL certified ESP32 boards

ESP32 production boards that passed CE and ETL certification and are currently selling in market. We carried them from design through the test and paperwork needed to clear compliance.

Industrial numpad tooling path

We ran the injection-mold tooling path for an industrial numpad, from DFM through first-article parts. The review de-risked the tool before any steel was cut, and the first-article parts confirmed the fit.

Shipped consumer products

Production support for shipped consumer products including the PhotoRedOx Box and the Noor Story Box. We took each from build to boxed units, coordinating assembly and test along the way.

How it connects

Production starts upstream.

A board that is easy to build starts with a manufacturable layout, which is why production readiness begins back in PCB design. A housing that is ready to mold starts with DFM-aware mechanical design. When the same team owns both, the handoff to the line has no surprises.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What batch sizes do you handle?

From pilot runs of tens of units through to long-term production in the thousands. We help you scale in steps, so you validate the process on a small batch before committing to volume.

Do you handle certification?

Yes. We support CE and ETL certification, design for pre-compliance from the start, and prepare the paperwork and test coordination. We have shipped certified boards, so this is a path we have walked before.

Can you take over a design from another team?

Yes. We can pick up an existing design, run a DFM and DFA review, fix what blocks manufacturing, and coordinate the build. We start with a review so the risks are clear before anything is committed to a line.
