Always-on e-paper display, concept to a 5,000-unit run

An always-on e-paper display that pulls live data over Wi-Fi and spends the rest of its life looking like a printed poster. ESP32 module driving a 7.5-inch panel, schematic through to a production-ready release, plus the firmware. Raised $60k on Kickstarter, cleared FCC, CE and EMC, and is in a 5,000-unit run. Standby current decides the whole product, so the panel sits behind a load switch that cuts its supply entirely between refreshes and leaks ten nanoamps when off.

App-driven countertop cooker that heats, stirs and dispenses on its own. Three boards, mains power with a resistive heater and two motors in one enclosure, capacitive touch UI and a phone app. Designed for CE and ETL from the first placement, both passed on the first submission.

PhotoRedOx photoreactor family

A family of benchtop photoreactors for photochemical synthesis, sold through Chemglass Life Sciences from $750 to $5,250. The base unit is air-cooled, with a fan holding the reaction at room temperature. The TC version adds closed-loop liquid cooling for controlled reactions from 0 to 80 °C. The UV/Vis version is the full instrument: four channels of dimmable high-power LED covering 254 to 808 nm on mains, light intensity control on a digital display, a built-in stir plate, and non-contact IR temperature measurement, because under high-power irradiation a probe in the liquid ends up measuring itself as much as the reaction.
